What we collect

The only information this website collects is what you type into the booking form: your name, your email address, your phone number, which classes you are interested in, and how you heard about us.

We do not ask for anything else, and there is nothing on this site that collects information about you in the background.

Why we collect it

We use it to contact you about your free trial and to answer your enquiry. That is the only reason we ask for it.

We do not sell it, rent it, or trade it. We do not add you to a marketing list without asking, and we do not pass it to anyone who is not directly involved in getting back to you.

Who else can see it

Booking enquiries are handled through Martialytics, the membership software the gym uses to manage classes and members. Your enquiry goes to them so that it reaches us. They process it on our behalf and do not use it for their own purposes.

Our website is hosted in Australia. The people who can see your enquiry are the coaches and staff at the gym.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or analytics that follow you around the internet.

Fonts and images are served from our own website rather than from a third party, so visiting this site does not report your visit to anyone else.

If that changes — for example if we add analytics or advertising later — this page will be updated first.

How long we keep it

If you become a member, we keep your details for as long as you train with us and for as long afterwards as we are required to by law.

If you enquire and do not join, we keep your enquiry only as long as it is useful to us, and no longer than is reasonable.

Your choices

Children

Where a child trains with us, we deal with their parent or guardian, and any information about a child is provided by them.

We do not publish photographs or video of children on this website without written permission from a parent or guardian.
